Subject: What Empowering Personnel Means to Me
Hi Cynthia-
I wanted to write you a quick note to let you know what Empowering
Personnel means to me. I Graduated college in 2007 and had a very hard
time finding a job that was suited to my very specialized degree of interior
design. I took a job that was “close enough” to what I wanted to be
doing, but I was not happy doing it, and I was not using the degree that I had
just spent 4 years obtaining. A co-worker of mine at the time is also a
friend of yours and gave me your information. I met with Ruth, and before
I knew it, you were calling me and setting me up with an interview at a design
showroom. I was so excited, but didn’t want to get too worked up, as I
had been on hundreds of interviews to no avail up to this point.
I spoke with you many times on the phone and you made me feel very
comfortable, relaxed, and gave me some background information about the
job. It was such a relief to know what I was going in for ahead of time,
and have someone like you and all the ladies at Empowering Personnel there to
call with questions beforehand.
The interview went great, and I ended up getting the job. I can honestly
say that I’ve never been happier. I am actually using the degree that I went to
school for (and not to mention spent A LOT of money to get!) I get to work
with great people, and help home buyers, home builders, and remodelers with
their projects.
I am very excited to actually see my designs come to life at the Parade of
Homes this year in Delaware, Oh.
I would never have had this opportunity without you, Ruth, Aileen, and all
the great ladies at Empowering. I owe you all my job, and my
happiness. I cannot thank you all enough. Thank you for everything from
the bottom of my heart.

Empowering Personnel was fabulous in finding me a job that fit my needs! You knew my personality and skills and where I could be a great fit. I am going on my third year in my job and am still loving it. It gives me a challenge but at the same time is laid back and fair. It is sometimes difficult to find a great job and/or employer, now I have both! I am very grateful for the opportunity to work for such great people. This couldn’t have happened without your help! Thanks for everything!
